We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bottom Dwellers Tackle. If you need to request a return or refund, please review our policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns of most new, unused items within 30 days after delivery. Returns made outside of this window may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Clearance, closeout, or modified products may not be eligible for return.
  • Items showing wear, use, or damage may be denied or refunded at a reduced amount.

All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item received
  • A defective or damaged item
  • A shipping error on our part

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

  • 3–5 business days for us to process the return after receiving the item
  • 3–5 additional business days (or longer depending on your bank) for the refund to appear on your account

Refunds may be reduced if the returned item is used, damaged, or missing components.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm availability. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part.

Refused Shipments

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply
  • Actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from any refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
  • Modified, customized, or special-order products
