Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Bottom Dwellers Tackle. We take great pride in fast, reliable shipping and clear communication.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders normally ship the same business day if received before 2 PM Eastern.
All other orders ship within 1–3 business days.
On occasion when we are out of town for tournaments or outdoor shows, your order may be delayed until we come back. If additional delays occur, we will notify you by email with updated information and available options.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by method and destination, but most orders arrive within:
- Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days (uninsured)
- Priority Insured Shipping: 2–3 business days (in most cases)
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your shipping label is created. Labels are printed the day your order ships.

Insurance Option
Insurance is optional but recommended.
- Priority Insured Shipping includes shipping insurance.
- Standard Shipping does not include insurance.
Bottom Dwellers Tackle cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped without insurance. Please select the Priority option at checkout if you want insured shipping.
Special Shipping for Fishing Rods
Due to their size, fishing rods and rod racks require special handling and separate shipping costs.
- 1-piece rods: $16.95
- 2-piece rods: $9.95
These charges are separate from our standard or priority shipping rates and may ship separately from other items in your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you selected Priority Insured Shipping, we will assist you with filing a claim for lost or damaged shipments.
Uninsured shipments (Standard Shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted due to carrier guidelines or state laws. In such cases, we will contact you with available options.
